Veritas Genetics, a Spain-based company within the LetsGetChecked group, has announced the acquisition of NIMGenetics, a Spain-based multinational biotech company specialising in clinical genetic diagnostics and a portfolio company of London-based investor Apposite Capital.
Veritas Genetics is a biotech company specialising in DNA analysis and interpretation became part of LetsGetChecked, a global healthcare solutions company based in Dublin and New York, in March 2022.
The acquisition combines NIMGenetics’ expertise in clinical diagnostics with Veritas Genetics’ international research and advanced technological capabilities, supported by the LetsGetChecked (LGC) group and healthcare investor Apposite Capital.
The integration of NIMGenetics strengthens Veritas Genetics’ ability to tackle complex challenges in key areas such as oncology, rare diseases, and perinatal and reproductive medicine.

Strengthening technological and operational infrastructure will drive the development of new projects and the expansion of services at both national and international levels, reinforcing the position of both companies as strategic partners for hospitals, research centres, and healthcare professionals.
